Orders & Payments

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Due to the specific curation and consumable nature of our herbal tinctures and wellness products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kittycoowellness.com.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
