Hey ya'l! I'm Jasmine Duke, a vegan lifestyle content creator, creative storyteller, and women’s wellness enthusiast with a passion for making wellness real, relatable, and fun! I got so tired of how women’s wellness was treated like a dirty secret. If it was talked about at all, it was sterile, super clinical, or flat-out boring! Nobody was speaking in a way that I felt seen. I wanted to change that sooo bad! I wanted wellness that tasted good, felt good, and honored the fullness of womanhood!
I’ve been studying herbalism since I switched to a vegan lifestyle back in 2017. That journey led me straight to red raspberry leaf, the first herb that truly changed my relationship with my body. Since getting my first period at 12, I had battled unbearable cramps and a lack of knowledge about how to care for myself. No one ever talked about pleasure, hormones, or total body wellness, even among the women in my own family. Everything about womanhood felt taboo!
Kitty Coo was born out of necessity and love. As I learned more about herbs and plants, I started creating my own blends that transformed my cycle, my energy, and my entire connection to my body. But I kept finding myself mixing and matching, a little bit of this, a little bit of that, just to create a complete routine.
Then my viral videos on okra water and plant-based coochie wellness showed me I wasn’t alone! Women everywhere were craving the same thing: knowledge, freedom, and fun in the wellness space! The countless DMs and comments from women showed me it was time for a REMIX on women's wellness and I just knew I was the woman to make it happen.
