All sales are final due to the small-batch, consumable nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@kittycoowellness.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

If your package shows as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You can also reach out to us at hello@kittycoowellness.com, and we’ll do our best to assist with a claim.
